Our MD started his career as a project manager for the UK’s largest aerospace organisation. After working in Saudi Arabia on a global communications project for a long period of time, he decided to start a career in Legal Recruitment.

Harriett is a law graduate with over 1.6 years of experience in legal recruitment. Drawing on her background in law, she brings a detailed, consultative approach to every placement, ensuring both clients and candidates enjoy a seamless recruitment journey.

Shortly after graduating from the University of Manchester with a First-Class Law degree, Alicia joined LJW Solutions to pursue her passion for business, networking, and entrepreneurship.
